Outdoor Barge Softshell 3-layer Taped Hunting Jacket

    The men's safari jacket is made of two 3-Layer fabrics. Both fabrics are made from very durable fabrics - polyester and recycled TPE film, with a water resistance of up to 10,000mm. The wear resistance of TPE film is more than five times that of natural rubber, tensile strength up to 70MPa, elongation at break up to 800%, and its tear strength is better than commonly used rubber, washable. And the whole garment seams are using hot sealing tape technology, each part of the real waterproof. The jacket is custom green so the hunter can better hide in the jungle. The jacket has three zippered pockets that can be used to hold necessary tools and snacks. The jacket also uses an underarm ventilation system to cool the wearer's body from heat.

Sewing: connecting seam+ top stitching, lining and pocket bag with overlock stitching

1.Are you a factory or trader?

We are manufacturer based trader, we have an own woven factory however we could produce most of the outdoor garments through many of our Xiamen based cooperated factories, including knitting outer wear.

2.Can we make samples in your factory?What’s the sample charge?

Yes, any sampling request is very welcome. We usually offer prototype in 2 weeks. We don’t usually charge for proto samples/pp samples, we only charge for salesman samples. However, if there is no order placed, prototype will be charged.

3.What’s your production capacity?

Woven: Monthly 100,000 pcs; Knit: Monthly 80,000 pcs; We have a strong supply chain supporting us in Xiamen, a professional factory team with ISO & BSCI audit, which could work with us to produce any kinds of outdoor & street wear, including woven & knitting garments. 

4.How do you ship?

Usually by ship, in urgent case, we would use air shipment, and now the Sino-Europe train is a good option as well.

5.Which level of quality are your products?

We have got BSCI,ISO9001,OKEO-TEX100 & REACH and GRS(recycled materials & garments), factory with GRS certified so far.

6.What is your main market?
