Men's Sustainable Seamless Baffle Jacket

Engineered for modern outerwear brands, this Seamless Quilted Puffer Jacket combines stitchless bonding technology with sustainable insulation. Crafted from 100% Polyester 50D Pongee with a PFAS-free DWR finish, its stitch-free logo quilting eliminates cold spots and completely prevents fill leakage. Filled with 100% recycled down-like loose padding, it delivers lightweight, high-loft warmth in a striking geometric silhouette-ideal for contemporary autumn/winter collections.

The front features a dynamic geometric zigzag pattern using stitchless seamless quilting across the chest, body, and sleeves. It includes a full-length central zipper with an extended puller, two concealed side pockets, and a deep adjustable hood. Elastic cuffs and hem effectively block cold air while maintaining a clean, structured fit.
