Q:What kinds of facility does your factory own?
A: Besides usual sewing machines for woven and knit, we have auto sewing machine, down-filling machine, advanced laser welding machine, heat transfer and bonding machines etc, 3 of our sewing lines are equipped with advanced auto flow pipeline, very highly efficient.
Q:How do you assure us of our quality standard?
A:We have a system: our merchandisers and QCs should take responsibilities to their concerned styles from the very beginning till goods delivery, details will be checked by both, supervisors have meeting weekly to assure, before production start, a pre-production meeting is a must, so the quality standard can be committed and no mistakes will be made.
Q:We are not so familiar with garment industry, can you introduce us during communication?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to ask and we are always glad to introduce. Of course we have a standard form for customers who are not very familiar with production but desires for great design, with this form, you can clearly follow our steps.
Q:Are you working with familiar brands?
A:Yes. We work with famous street brand: SUPREME in NYC, Alpha Industries(Germany). Outdoor brands: Salewa, Rossignol from France.
Q:What's your payment term?
A: We accept Letter of Credit(at sight or LC XX days), T/T with deposit, after 1 year cooperation, we accept D/P with deposit.
Q:Can you accept west union, paypal for payment?
A:Usually we don't, we only accept payment through banks. In some special cases, we could accept that.
