A:We have our designs but we don’t suggest you use that, as they are quite so so, and only suitable for price point products. Our strength is OEM, that you provide with designs or ref samples, and we could realize your ideas into the production.
Q:Can we nominate forwarder?
A:Yes, of course, if our price is FOB, you could nominate your forwarder so that we could cooperate.
Q:What can you offer for after sales service?
A: We were seldom requested after sales service because we only export good quality stuff. However that doesn’t mean we don’t offer after sales service.In each shipment, we deliver the spare parts for the most risky areas such as snap buttons, zips. Any products that was returned by final customers will be free of charge, we take responsibility for that.
Q:Is your sample free of charge?
A:For prototypes and size sets as well as pp samples, they are free of charge if there finally is order. For Salesman samples, we need charge as there are quite lots of costing on salesman samples which is just like small portion of bulk.
