Q:Is your factory audited with certificates?
A: Yes, our factories are with BSCI, ISO9001, WRAP, GRS, OEKO-TEX100, we take the social responsibility.
Q:Can you accept west union, paypal for payment?
A:Usually we don't, we only accept payment through banks. In some special cases, we could accept that.
Q:What kinds of money do you accept us to pay?
A: We accept payment by US$, RMB, Euro dollars.
Q:Is your factory safe for working?
A:Yes, we have safety fire-fighting equipment everywhere in the factory building, and the escape way is clearly marked.
Q:What is your staff qualified with?
A:Fast response, skilled communication in English, skilled garment technique knowledge, and being always enthusiastic in their job.
Q:What's your payment term?
A: We accept Letter of Credit(at sight or LC XX days), T/T with deposit, after 1 year cooperation, we accept D/P with deposit.
Q:How can we start cooperation?
A:At the beginning, you could try to send some inquiry to us, then you could test our professionalism & satisfaction concerning pricing/sampling/response. If you feel we are OK to cooperation, you could try to place a trial order.
Q:Can we nominate materials?
A:Yes, of course, nominating materials are very welcome, only providing CMT is also one of our service. We are experienced with purchasing nominating materials from domestic market, as well as importing from Taiwan/Korea/Europe.
Q:Can you buy your stock?
A: Sorry we don't have stock. Being with stock is not a good phenomenon for a garment factory. We only OEM for customers, we only produce the required qty from customers.
Q:Could we visit your company, can you pick us up?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to visit us, we will pick you up at anywhere in Fujian province, at the air port or the train station, or any hotel location.
Q:Is your production sustainable?
A:Sustainability is always our production's features, our fabrics are PFC free, polyester lining can be recycled, nylon shell can also be ECO recycled. All the materials used in the garment can be as sustainable as possible. Our material suppliers are with GRS certificate.
Q:Do you have your own design?
A:We have our designs but we don't suggest you use that, as they are quite so so, and only suitable for price point products. Our strength is OEM, that you provide with designs or ref samples, and we could realize your ideas into the production.
Q:How do you control your materials quality?
A:We established a materials laboratory, to inspect the fabric's colour fastness, tear strength etc. Also in this laboratory, we could detect the snap button's strength. Any incoming materials with bad conditions will be returned.
Q:How many QCs do you have?
A:We have 5 QCs who are flexible to move and check everywhere, while in the factories, per which line there is an inspector, to inspect daily outputted quality. In the cleaning/packing departments, there are over 6 final inspectors to inspect goods before packing into the polybag.
Q:Can you send our own QC or QC from third party to inspect your goods before delivery?
A:Yes, this is normal way, we cooperate with this way. We are confident with our goods' quality.
