Outdoor Hybrid Grid Fleece Jacket

This hybrid grid fleece mid-layer jacket adopts color-block construction combining breathable grid polyester fleece and abrasion-resistant ripstop nylon overlay panels. Designed with a stand collar and full front zipper, it balances warmth, air permeability, and wind protection. The chest zipper pocket provides secure storage, and thumb-hole cuffs lock in heat for outdoor activities. Suitable for hiking, camping, and everyday urban outdoor use. We support OEM & private label customization, including custom logos, colorways, and fabric modification to meet your brand requirements. It features clean tailored seams and a curved hem that stays stable during active movements.

Color block design on the front body. The main body and sleeves are constructed from grid-textured polyester fleece for breathability and warmth retention. Contrast ripstop nylon covers the left chest and shoulder section, adding windproof and anti-abrasion reinforcement. A full-length center front zipper allows easy on and off. A vertical zippered security pocket sits on the nylon chest panel to keep small items safe. Stand collar prevents cold wind from pouring in. Cuffs are fitted with thumb holes to seal warmth at wrists.

The upper back yoke is made of the same ripstop nylon fabric as the front chest panel for consistent reinforcement. The rest of the back panel uses grid polyester fleece to maintain high air permeability and lightweight comfort. Minimalist tailored silhouette with clean stitching. The sleeve adopts grid fleece fabric, designed with thumb-hole cuffs to trap warmth at the wrists. The inner pocket is made of lightweight ripstop nylon with neat stitching, offering extra storage space and abrasion resistance.

Collar & front zipper detail.

Stand collar construction with ripstop nylon binding at collar edge. Full front zipper with custom zipper puller. Contrast color block splicing at shoulder and chest, clean seam workmanship, logo placement reserved on chest panel.

Bottom hem detail.

Curved tailored hem made of grid polyester fleece. Smooth and flat stitching, ergonomic curved design, prevents the hem from riding up during hiking and sports activities.
