This Lightweight Packable Climbing Outdoor Down Jacket is professional, lightweight, warm outerwear tailored for alpine climbing, hiking, skiing, and cold winter outdoor activities. It adopts a 100% nylon black yarn ripstop shell with a PFAS-free DWR coating, featuring great tear resistance, downproof performance, and eco-friendly water repellency. Filled with a premium 90/10 white duck down mixture with 700+ fill power, it provides ultra-light high warmth and excellent compressibility for convenient backpack storage. The horizontal box baffle design stops down shifting and clumping. Equipped with an adjustable insulated hood and multi-zippered functional pockets, it fully satisfies mountain sports demands. Full OEM customization is supported, including custom logos, fill weights, fabric weights, and color options, ideal for outdoor brand wholesalers and retail distributors.
Horizontal box baffled stitching covers the entire front panel, matched with an integrated windproof insulated hood and full-length central main zipper. Two vertical zipper chest pockets are arranged on both sides of the main zip, plus two large vertical side zipper hand pockets for safe storage of outdoor essentials. Subtle grid-textured ripstop nylon outer shell, straight hem with bottom center snap fastener, relaxed regular outdoor fit that allows easy layering over mid-layers.
Uniform continuous horizontal baffles run across the whole back to evenly spread the 700+ fill power duck down for balanced warmth. An adjustable drawcord tab sits on the back crown of the hood to tighten the hood and block cold wind. Minimalist pocket-free rear design reduces extra weight and bulk during climbing, with symmetrical baffled stitching consistent with the front. Straight sealed hem prevents cold wind from entering the interior.
