This women's lightweight down hooded jacket is designed for winter hiking and outdoor layering systems. It adopts a 100% 20D 450T nylon downproof cire shell with a PFAS-free eco DWR water repellent finish, fully blocking down leakage. Filled with 90/10 high fill power 650+ duck down, each piece carries 220g premium down filling, delivering outstanding lightweight warmth without bulk.
Horizontal channel quilting avoids down shifting, fitted with an integrated windproof hood, contrast zipper pulls, and elastic cuffs. Custom embroidery logo zones are reserved on the front hem and lower back. We provide full OEM wholesale service for outdoor brands, supporting custom colors, printing, down weight adjustment, and private label customization.
The front features an integrated attached hood paired with a full-length central zipper, and bright orange contrast zipper pulls on two vertical side pockets for easy grabbing while hiking. Horizontal evenly spaced quilting lines lock the 650FP duck down filling to prevent cluster shifting. Curved contour side seams create a tailored feminine slim fit; elastic cuffs block cold wind from entering sleeves. The soft burgundy outer shell matches the bright orange inner lining, with a blank logo embroidery area at the left front hem for brand customization.
The matching hood extends seamlessly to the back shoulder area, forming a streamlined outdoor silhouette. Continuous horizontal quilting runs across the whole back panel to distribute 220g duck down evenly for consistent warmth. A reserved small embroidery logo zone sits at the lower center back, compatible with embroidery or heat transfer printing. Curved relaxed hem fits all body shapes, and the whole shell uses 450T downproof nylon fabric with uniform PFAS-free DWR water-repellent coating, the same as the front.
