Q:Is your production sustainable?
A:Sustainability is always our production’s features, our fabrics are PFC free, polyester lining can be recycled, nylon shell can also be ECO recycled. All the materials used in the garment can be as sustainable as possible. Our material suppliers are with GRS certificate.
Q:How do you control your materials quality?
A:We established a materials laboratory, to inspect the fabric’s colour fastness, tear strength etc. Also in this laboratory, we could detect the snap button’s strength. Any incoming materials with bad conditions will be returned.
Q:Can you send our own QC or QC from third party to inspect your goods before delivery?
A:Yes, this is normal way, we cooperate with this way. We are confident with our goods’ quality..
Q:Is your sample free of charge?
A:For prototypes and size sets as well as pp samples, they are free of charge if there finally is order. For Salesman samples, we need charge as there are quite lots of costing on salesman samples which is just like small portion of bulk.
Q:Can we nominate forwarder?
A:Yes, of course, if our price is FOB, you could nominate your forwarder so that we could cooperate.
Q: Is your price competitive?
A: We only produce garments with high quality. With this good quality, our price level is competitive compared to our competitors, we are experienced how to produce quickly to lower the CMT level.
Q:What’s your main market?
A:Our main market are North America and Europe, however markets out of these two zones are very welcome and we would love to work with customers from there.
Q:What’s your staff’s major in collage?
A: Half of them are from clothing design/manufacturing major, half of them are from Foreign Trade major.
