Before fabric enters formal production, every fabric batch undergoes professional color fastness testing, including color fastness to washing, rubbing, and perspiration. Our QC team strictly checks whether the dye formula meets international garment standards and customer requirements. Any unqualified fabric will be rejected before cutting to avoid color migration problems from the source.
Professional Washing Simulation for Multi-Color Styles
For all color-block designs, especially black-and-white contrast ski jackets and outdoor functional jackets, we conduct pre-production washing simulation tests on bulk fabric swatches and pre-production samples. We simulate real washing scenarios to verify whether dark fabrics will stain adjacent light-colored panels.
If slight color bleeding is found during testing, our technical team will adjust the dyeing process, optimize color matching, or replace fabrics before mass production, ensuring zero cross-color risk for bulk goods.
AQL Standard Pre-Shipment Sampling Inspection
After bulk production is completed, our internal QA and QC teams carry out strict random sampling inspection according to international AQL standards. Inspectors check overall garment appearance, stitching details, and reconfirm the color fastness performance of finished products.
All sampled products will pass spot washing and friction tests again. Only fully qualified products are allowed to be packed and shipped, effectively guaranteeing stable quality for every order.
