This is a seam sealed rain anorak and it’s packable, white PU coating and DWR finishing makes the anorak shower proof and can pass the rain test AATCC35.

1.What’s your production capacity?

Woven: Monthly 100,000 pcs; Knit: Monthly 80,000 pcs; We have a strong supply chain supporting us in Xiamen, a professional factory team with ISO & BSCI audit, which could work with us to produce any kinds of outdoor & street wear, including woven & knitting garments. 

2.How do you make quality control?

Our QCs are in the factory from pre-production stage till packing, they are in the sewing lines/packing dept daily, communicating with our merchandisers daily, to guarantee no mistakes will be made.

3.Can you send our own QC or QC from third party to inspect your goods before delivery?

Yes, this is normal way, we cooperate with this way. We are confident with our goods’ quality.

4.How do you control your materials quality?

We established a materials laboratory, to inspect the fabric’s colour fastness, tear strength etc. Also in this laboratory, we could detect the snap button’s strength. Any incoming materials with bad conditions will be returned.
