Fiber Features

Viscose fiber

Viscose fiber has good function of moisture absorption, in line with the physiological requirements of human skin. Fabric is soft, smooth, breathable, not easy to static electricity, UV protection, comfortable to wear, easy to dye, bright color after dyeing, good color fastness, have good spinning performance. The wet modulus is low, the shrinkage rate is high and easy to deformation, after the water feel hard, elasticity and wear resistance is not so good.

Modal fiber

Soft to the touch, smooth, colorful, good color fastness, fabric feel particularly smooth, lustrous and bright, drapability are better than the existing cotton, polyester, viscose fiber, with synthetic fiber strength and toughness, silk-like luster and feel, its fabrics have wrinkle resistance and non-iron, water absorption and breathability is better, however its fabric stiffness would be influenced and not as good.

Lyser fiber

With a variety of excellent properties of natural and synthetic fibers, natural luster, smooth feel, high strength, basically no shrinkage, and moisture permeability, good breathability, soft, comfortable, smooth and cool, good drapability, durable.

Scope of application

Viscose fiber

Staple fiber can be purely spun, but also with other textile fiber blend, suitable for making underwear, outerwear and a variety of decorative products. Filament fabric is light and thin, in addition to clothing material can also be woven quilt and decorative fabrics.

Modal fiber

Modal knitted fabrics are mainly used for making underwear, but also for sportswear, casual wear, shirts, advanced ready-to-wear fabrics, etc.. Blended with other fibers, it can improve the shortcomings of pure modal products with bad stiffness.

Lyser fiber

It covers all fields of textile, whether cotton, wool, silk, linen type products, or knitting or weaving field can produce high quality and high grade products.
